Official New Agreement for Frontier Workers Italy - Switzerland, now in the Official Gazette
The Italy-Switzerland tax agreement relating to the new taxation of cross-border commuters is now a reality. The agreement will enter into force from 1 January 2024, but this date does not coincide with the date by which to be considered Old Frontiersmen (and therefore to be taxed only by the Swiss state).
